Assignment 6 (due Friday, March 10)

• The assignment is to have functioning scripts that specify and evaluate a model for your primary study. I am assuming that most people will want to do this for SPM5, but feel free to do so for FSL also if you are feeling ambitious.
  • Please deposit the script(s) in a folder called assign6 within your matlab folder.
  • I should be able to launch Matlab from that directory and have the model building and evaluating part of the script run successfully.
• Things to remember:
  • All of the EPI images must be in the same space, meaning that the transformation matrices in the headers for all of the files must be the same. This will be true following a normalization step, or reslicing of coregistered or realigned images.
