Directions

By Bike or Car

From downtown, go East on 5th St.  You will pass the intersection with L Street, Pole Line Road, and the Davis Police Station on your right.  Stay on 5th until you come to the traffic light at Pena Dr. Turn RIGHT on Pena.  Pena ends at the intersection with 2nd St. Turn LEFT on 2nd and go one block to Cousteau Place. Turn LEFT on Cousteau.  Our lab is at 267 Cousteau, in the office complex on the left side of the street.  Parking is free anywhere in the lot surrounding this building.

By Bus

Take the A line along 5th Street to TWO stops past Greystone Apts.  (You can ask the driver to let you off here – it is a marked stop, but the bus frequently skips it unless you request to get off.)  When you get off the bus at this point, you will have just passed Spafford St.  Just beyond Spafford, you will see a bike path on the right that leads south. Follow this path to where it empties into a parking lot. Turn LEFT when you reach the parking lot, then continue walking south. At this point you will be on Cousteau Place and the CMB is located at #267.  It can be difficult to see the building number or signs when you come from this direction.

If you are a subject

When you enter the center, you’ll see a lobby with couches and tables.  Someone from the lab will meet you there at your scheduled time.  If you arrive early, you can wait in the lobby.  Call 530-297-4418 for clarification.
